  1. Introduction
    Welcome to BIMForge Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and professional BIM services. By accessing our platform or engaging our team for project work, you agree to be bound by these legal terms and conditions.

  2. Definitions
    'Company' refers to BIMForge Solutions. 'Client' refers to any party engaging our services. 'Services' encompass all BIM modeling, documentation, consulting, and coordination deliverables provided by our firm.

  3. Scope of Services
    We provide specialized BIM modeling (LOD 100-500), Scan-to-BIM, project coordination, and technical documentation. The specific scope and technical protocols for each project will be expressly defined in an individual Project Proposal.

  4. Use of Website and Content
    All site content is owned by BIMForge Solutions. Any unauthorized duplication or commercial use of our proprietary information is strictly prohibited. Access is granted for information and service engagement purposes only.

  5. Proposals, Fees, and Payments
    Service fees are quoted based on technical complexity and resource requirements. Quotes are issued in Indian Rupees (INR) and are valid for 30 days. Invoices are issued against project milestones; payments are subject to applicable GST and local taxes.

  6. Client Responsibilities
    Clients must provide accurate and timely project inputs, such as drawings or point cloud data. Prompt feedback and formal approvals of submittals are required to ensure the adherence to established project schedules.

  7. Project Changes and Delays
    Modifications to the initial scope will require a formal Change Order, potentially impacting fees and delivery dates. The Company is not held liable for delays arising from incomplete data provision or uncontrollable circumstances.

  8. Intellectual Property and License
    BIMForge Solutions maintains ownership of its proprietary scripts, Revit families, and internal workflows. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license for the deliverables for their intended project use.

  9. Confidentiality
    Both BIMForge Solutions and its Clients agree to safeguard all project-related data and proprietary information, ensuring it is not disclosed to third parties without express written consent.

  10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
    Our professional services are executed with industry precision. However, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total professional fees paid by the Client for the specific project deliverable in question.

  11. Indemnity
    The Client agrees to indemnify and protect BIMForge Solutions from any third-party claims or legal costs resulting from the Client's breach of these terms or misuse of project deliverables.

  12. Termination
    Either party may terminate an agreement with 15 days of notice. In such events, the Client is liable for the payment of all work completed and milestones reached up to the formal date of termination.

  13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be resolved within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.

  14. Changes to These Terms
    BIMForge Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms periodically. Continued engagement with our firm following any updates signifies the Client’s acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
